Geographic Information System (GIS)
Triangle J's Geographic Information System provides maps, data, and other GIS services to our programs/projects, member governments, other local government entities, and the general public. Our GIS data encompass the 7 counties that make up our region, plus data for many other counties outside of Region J, North Carolina. Some of our data are statewide. We offer digitizing, addressmatching, GPS collection, consultation, data analysis, and complex mapping services.
RATES
We can perform some services for member governments for zero cost under Triangle J's Free Hour Policy. We offer customized services to member governments at a cost recovery rate of $50/hour. Triangle J GIS is also available to the public at a rate of $70/hour.
