Stormwater Rates

A comparison of stormwater enterprises' monthly charges for typical residential properties and a common commercial property (e.g. a gas station). Triangle J Council of Governments prepared this report in Fall 2006 based on information provided by each NC local government that assesses a stormwater fee on properties in its jurisdiction. Monthly charges are based on 2,455 square feet impervious cover for residential property and 25,976 square feet impervious cover for commercial property

Water & Sewer Rates

A comparison of water and sewer service providers' monthly charges for typical residential customers in North Carolina's Region J (the Triangle area). Triangle J Council of Governments prepares this report each year based on information provided by each water and sewer service provider in the region. Monthly charges are based on 6,000 gallons used for sewer and water.
